How do I stop watching porn?

i'm 15 and a girl. no one knows that i do it, but i want to stop. i feel like it is unhealthy and degrading to other girls, and i may be curious and people may ask "what's the harm?" i say, what's the benefit. i don't want to do it anymore. does anyone know a way i can block from Ubuntu and not internet explorer?
