Can anyoned identify this artwork?

It seems to be painted on a slab of wood. It pictures Jesus standing with a WWII era U.S. soldier kneeling beside him. In the clouds above are the faces of George Washington, General Pershing, General Eisenhower, and General MacArthur. Im not sure how old it is but on the back is stamped RIB or RLB and then Onward Christan Soldier.
