Can I play Microsoft Clip-art Music on the Radio?

I present a radio show and I want to use the music & sound effects from powerpoint 2003 clip art on the show. The EULA says this: "You may copy and modify the Media Elements, and license, display and distribute them, along with your modifications as part of your software products and services". Am I correct in saying that I am allowed to use the sounds? Thanks
