Can you hook up a arps to a Pioneer AVIC-X920BT?

I would lake to hookup my ham radio, kenwood d700 2 meter to my AVIC-X920BT unit in my car and be able to do ARPS with it with the GPS mapping system for tracking other ham radio operators.
