If Jews believe in Christians and Jesus is it like saying Christians believe in Koran and Mohamed?

Muslims believe in Christians and Jesus, Christians believe in Moses and Judaism but Jews were the first to come and they believe they are the last (God Chosen People) Do Christan's understand this?
