Unfair Practices, with Raises and payrates, what should I do?

I have been at the YMCA for 5 years, yes the christan place, where they put those beliefs into practice. Well I have been there for 5 years and technically only have gotten 20 cents worth of raises and 40 cents of mistaken raise, meaning they accidentally changed my pay rate so 60 cents in 5 years, I am making less than everyone in my position...but I am told that everyone with my education makes that much... which is true I dont have the education like the other people, but I am also one of the few who have been there that long... well the lady before me was make 3 dollars more than me, and technically had no education at all to be working with children, great lady though, really good.... and other peoples education and salary dont match up.. either..am I wrong to care about this? What should I do? I would go to HR but they are buddy buddy with the lady... this isnt fair...
