As someone who will be 18 soon, there'd be no way I'd be dating a minor child that would be considered a crime should things get more intimate. If you like this girl, let her grow up a little and have a few more years of emotional maturity. It's obvious you still think of her as a child by how you refer to her. Adult men don't date children.
